Artificial Intelligence for operational efficiency in SMEs within the Training Program of Spoke 5

On June 10th, at the Talent Garden in Genoa, the next event of the P2 | BASIC AI & ROBOTICS APPLICATIONS4SMEs project, part of the Training Program of Spoke 5 of RAISE, will take place. The main applications of AI in business operational processes will be explored, with a specific focus on solutions that are already available and easily implementable, even within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Operational functions are the driving force behind the daily activities of every business, especially in SMEs, where efficiency, responsiveness, and process control are crucial for competitiveness. Artificial Intelligence (AI) now offers powerful tools to support and enhance core business activities: from production to logistics, from inventory management to predictive maintenance, as well as technical support and customer service.

Through presentations from innovative companies that have developed ready-to-use technologies, concrete case studies will be showcased demonstrating operational optimization, waste reduction, quality improvement, and intelligent workflow automation.

The event will provide a clear and practical overview of how AI can become a key resource in making SMEs more resilient, responsive, and continuously improvement-oriented.
