AI in the Back Office: optimizing administration and human resources in SMEs

As part of the Training Program promoted by RAISE Liguria, Spoke 5 will organize the fourth event of the “Basic AI & Robotics Applications4SMEs” initiative, entitled “AI in the Back Office: optimizing administration and human resources in SMEs”.

The event will take place on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at Talent Garden Genova Baltimora, located in Giardini Baltimora, 16121 Genoa.

During the meeting, the focus will be on the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to business processes that are less visible but crucial to the daily operations of companies: administration and human resources management. These functions, often seen as cost centers, can evolve into strategic assets through the adoption of advanced digital technologies.

The event will provide an overview of AI solutions already available on the market, with a focus on tools that can be easily adopted by small and medium-sized enterprises. Concrete examples and case histories of innovative companies will be presented to show how the integration of these technologies can increase efficiency, reduce errors, optimize costs, and enhance the role of human resources, transforming the administrative function into a driver of growth and competitiveness.

Speakers during the evening will include:
– Giulia Galluzzo, Marketing Manager at Happily, a Genoa-based company specializing in human resources and corporate welfare solutions, who will illustrate the potential of AI in personnel management and organizational well-being;
– Davide Armaleo, who will present Rivelo, an innovative platform for business planning and control, and Mistral Digital Solutions’ AI-based tool for automated knowledge and company documentation management.

At the end of the presentations, there will be an informal networking session accompanied by an aperitif.
