Second edition of the PLAN 2 of the P5 – AI FOR PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION project

The second edition of the advanced training course PLAN 2, part of the P5 | AI FOR PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION project and titled “E-leadership skills for a digital and conscious management”, is an integral part of the RAISE Training Program, coordinated by Spoke 5.
This initiative is aligned with the broader framework of the Three-Year Plan for Information Technology in Public Administration and aims to support the development of digital, managerial, and organizational skills among public sector personnel, with particular focus on the strategic role of Digital Transition Managers (RTDs) and other actors involved in the planning and management of innovation processes.
The course is designed to strengthen e-leadership skills by promoting the acquisition of practical tools for effective communication, collaboration in digital environments, decision-making, and problem-solving in complex contexts. Special emphasis will be placed on the evolving role of RTDs in the digital transformation of public institutions, fostering a culture of change oriented toward organizational sustainability and human resource development.
This Summer School will be conducted in person and will feature a hands-on, workshop-based approach. Theoretical insights will be complemented by practical exercises, case studies, and group activities, providing participants with an immersive and transferable learning experience.
