GLOW-CE: young women take part in Co-Designing the Empow(H)ER programme

On 14 October 2026, from 9:30 to 11:00 CET, the Empow(H)ER Co-Lab: Connect & Shape Your Future will take place online as part of the European project GLOW-CE – Gender-equal Leadership and Opportunities for Women, in which RAISE S.c.a.r.l. is a project partner.

The transnational focus group will bring together young women under 35 residing in Liguria, together with participants from Croatia, Hungary and the Czech Republic, with the aim of gathering their experiences, ideas and needs and directly involving future beneficiaries in the co-design of the Empow(H)ER training programme.

The Co-Lab will address topics relevant to women who want to start or develop a business, including marketing and business development, digital tools and artificial intelligence, the green transition, personal and soft skills, and networking. Through interactive activities and discussion, participants will have the opportunity to help shape the content, delivery methods and support tools of the future training programme.

The initiative contributes to the broader objectives of GLOW-CE, an Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE project aimed at strengthening regional ecosystems that support women’s entrepreneurship, with particular attention to young women and those living in rural areas and communities located far from major urban centres.

The Co-Lab is open to young women under 35 residing in Liguria who are considering starting a business, developing a business idea, or who have recently begun their entrepreneurial journey.
