Miriam Molinari

Manager at the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT), within the Technology Transfer Directorate, she coordinates strategic industry collaboration initiatives and supports the creation of deep-tech startups.
She guides researchers and innovation teams in the valorisation and commercialisation of high-impact technologies, managing synergistic projects involving both public and private stakeholders.
Before joining IIT, Miriam gained solid experience in innovation and business transformation, working in international consulting environments and focusing on innovation strategy, digital transformation, technology adoption and change management.
In these roles, she coordinated multidisciplinary teams on complex projects and collaborated with large companies across different industrial sectors, contributing to the definition of their innovation strategies and the launch of new products and services.
She also supported startups and scaleups in their early stages of development, through open innovation programmes and entrepreneurial acceleration initiatives.
Miriam Molinari currently leads Spoke 5, Tech Transfer & Development within the RAISE Innovation Ecosystem (Robotics and AI for Socio-economic Empowerment) developed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Mission 4, funded by the European Union, NextGenerationEU.
She coordinates technology transfer, acceleration, go to market strategy, training and dissemination activities, with the goal of maximising the impact of project outcomes.
