The second Tool Course of the P3 – OFFICINAE RAISE project, part of the RAISE Training Program Spoke 5

On April 11, 2025 at 9:00 am at Talent Garden, Giardini Baltimora 1, the second Tool Course of the P3 | OFFICINAE RAISE project will be held, an integral part of the RAISE Training Program, coordinated by Spoke 5.
Program, speakers and mentors of the day
9:00 am – Introduction and presentation of the day by the RAISE and UniGe team
9:30 am – From Strategy to Business Plan by Davide Armaleo
(Consultant and trainer in the development of control models, business plans, short/medium/long-term economic and financial plans with 20 years of experience in multinational companies in the role of Controller and CFO. Co-founder of ADD+, a growth enabler that offers solutions, experience and planning to support SMEs and Startups of the territory and Head of Partners and Business Development for Rivelo, an innovative platform that automates planning and control processes, adapting to the specific needs of the company)
11.30 am – Coffee Break
11.45 am – The business model in an AI Start Up: the case of Brain and other examples by Francesco Cricchio
(Computational physicist and Chief Executive Officer and founder of Brain, a company created with the aim of supporting investment companies through the application of advanced statistical methods and big data technologies. Brain also develops proprietary quantitative models for trading strategies based on unconventional data mining techniques and tested through cutting-edge statistical simulations)

2.00 pm – Introduction to group work and explanation of the day’s tasks by Riccardo Prosperi
2.30 pm – Development, in groups, of the business model canvas of the projects proposed by the students on the first day of work, with feedback and support from the mentors:
Luca Manitto (Engineer, digital entrepreneur and Strategic Marketing consultant, Founder of Marketing Engineering, a data-driven approach to consulting supported by Artificial Intelligence)
Alessandro Cricchio (CEO of Talent Garden Genova, civil lawyer expert in innovative startups)
Riccardo Prosperi (CFO and Innovation Manager of Talent Garden Genova and co-founder of Boschi Vivi, with over 10 years of experience in the design of initiatives, programs and innovation ecosystems with public and private stakeholders)
6:00 pm – End of work with the option for participants to continue working on site in the spaces of Talent Garden Genova
