Effective Negotiation Masterclass
A training opportunity designed to build awareness, method, and confidence in professional and personal interactions.
The Effective Negotiation Masterclass, scheduled for 6 November 2025 at Talent Garden (Giardini Baltimora), is part of Module 3 P1 – RAISE KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER & ENTREPRENEURSHIP ACADEMY (second edition) of the RAISE Training Program, coordinated by Spoke 5.
This workshop guides participants through an experiential learning journey dedicated to the art of negotiation, conflict management, and the enhancement of interpersonal relationships.
Curated by Barbara Galli with the participation of Giorgio De Sario, the masterclass adopts a concrete and participatory approach that combines theory, practical exercises, and direct interaction. Using operational tools such as the Negotiation Polygon, ZPA (Zone of Possible Agreement), and BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement), participants learn to interpret negotiation contexts clearly, manage emotions effectively, and recognize different communication styles to achieve balanced and lasting agreements.
Throughout the day, sessions alternate between analytical discussions, simulations, and group activities, encouraging active and shared learning. The goal is to strengthen participants’ ability to navigate complex situations with clarity, balance, and openness, even in challenging contexts.
The program also explores the role of emotions in building agreements, the recognition of negotiation pitfalls, and the application of the Johari Window as a tool for relational awareness. Through guided exercises and case studies, participants experiment with strategies to manage multiple perspectives and transform negotiation into a constructive and collaborative process.
Speakers
Barbara Galli, International Professional Coach with over two thousand hours of experience, is the founder of BGTalentUp, a project dedicated to identifying and developing individual and organizational talents.
An expert in Emotional Intelligence, brain profiling, and Vital Signs for leaders and teams, she serves as a Six Seconds Network Leader. In 2024, she launched the “The Emotional Bridge” master’s program, recognized by ICF, and created the PERSONA test for mapping multiple intelligences. As a Master Partner of Day One Network, she supports companies and institutions in strategic communication and organizational development projects.
Giorgio De Sario, Founder & Executive Chairman of Day One S.r.l., has worked in communication and visual arts since 1999. After founding Papier Digital and co-founding pbcom, he now leads a network of professionals specializing in marketing strategy, brand identity, and digital communication. He has also served as a Marketing lecturer at the Department of Economics of the University of Genoa.
